Colorado Federation of Garden Clubs and Colorado State University Extension present 2017 Gardening Study School II on May 3 & 4
Colorado State University Extension and Colorado Federation of Garden Clubs present the 2017 Garden Study School. The school is scheduled for May 3 and 4 and is open to the public. The training is geared to homeowners and gardeners.
• Understanding Plant Disease and Garden Pests
• Techniques for Growing Lawns
• How New Plants are Developed
• Container Gardening
• Alternatives to Lawns
• Techniques for Growing Vegetables.
For Garden Clubs members who wish to test for certification, the testing is on Thursday beginning at 3:15. Testing is not required. Additional details and a registration form are available at http://elpaso.extension.colostate.edu/ .
Time & Date: Wednesday May 3 and Thursday May 4. 8:30 registration. 9:00 class begins.
