El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa is pleased to announce two new Public Information Officers, Lieutenant Jeff Kramer and Sergeant Joe Roybal.

Lieutenant Kramer has been with the Office for 15 years and has served in multiple units and sections in the Law Enforcement Bureau and most recently assigned as the swing shift watch commander in the Patrol Division. 

Sergeant Roybal has been with the Office for 17 years and has served in multiple assignments in the Detention Bureau, and most recently in the Support Services Bureau as an investigator for Internal Affairs.

Lieutenant Kramer will be the primary media contact for the Sheriff’s Office during business hours and may be contacted for public and media inquiries in the office at 719-520-7244 or by email at jeffkramer@elpasoco.com effective Monday, June 4, 2012. A schedule to address after hours on call availability will be forthcoming.
