Colorado Springs, CO, June, 13, 2012 – The El Paso County Board of Commissioners announces its Thursday, June 21, meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. to allow the Commissioners to attend a ground breaking ceremony for the Lane Center for Academic Health Sciences at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Beginning the week of July 1, the El Paso Board of County Commissioners will move from its regular, twice-weekly meeting schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to one weekly meeting for the months of July and August. The weekly meetings will be conducted on Thursdays at the customary 9 a.m. start time at Centennial Hall, 200 South Cascade Avenue. The BoCC will resume its regular, twice-weekly meeting schedule Tuesday, September 4, 2012.
Commissioner meetings can be viewed live online at www.elpasoco.com and are rebroadcast the following evening at 10 p.m. on Comcast Channel 17, the Pikes Peak Library Channel.
