On July 24, 2012, The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance with identifying a person of interest that may have been involved in an assault at 4080 B Clearview Loop, World Massage Therapy. A female adult victim had been thrown against a brick wall causing trauma and bleeding to the victim's head, the victim sustained serious bodily injury.

As a result of the investigation, on July 25, 2012, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Gregory Whittemore on charges of First Degree Assault, Criminal Attempt Sexual Assault, and False Imprisonment. Whittemore is being held at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on a $70,000.00 bond.
 
The investigation will continue and details will be released at a later date as appropriate.
