SHERIFF’S OFFICE TO HOLD COMMUNITY MEETING FOR UTE PASS AREA RESIDENTS REGARDING SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR LIVING IN THE AREA
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office will hold a community meeting for Ute Pass area residents on September 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. regarding a sexually violent predator who is living in the area; the meeting will be held at the temporary Green Mountain Falls Town Hall located at 10605 Green Mountain Falls Road.
Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) states community members should receive notification as to the identity of those persons who have been convicted of offenses involving unlawful sexual behavior and who are identified as sexually violent predators. The purpose of the notification is to enhance communication, public safety and protection.
Jeffrey Brosh (39 year old male), was convicted of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust in 2008 and sentenced to the Department of Corrections. He was released from custody on September, 24, 2012 and is now living at 9125 Canyon Drive, Woodland Park, CO 80863. The address is in unincorporated El Paso County near the El Paso / Teller County line.
